The First level brings you to a landing area with the large master bedroom ensuite (bath has been removed and a large walk-in shower added in it's place). The terrace overlooks the Nicklaus Golf Course - fantastic views!
A glass door has been added in place of a small window meaning you can access this lovely terrace without having to walk through the master bedroom. The terrace itself, with those fantastic Golf views, has also had glass screens added in place of the previous cast iron railings giving it a much more modern feel.
