The cottage is also fully insulated. The ground floor has terracotta tiling throughout and comprises two main living areas; A huge dining kitchen newly designed to an extremely high spec and having patio doors accessing the rear garden grounds creating an ideal, safe family space ; Sitting room, the main feature of which is an exposed natural stone wall with log burning stove with access to a super, exceptionally well appointed shower room with slate tiling; an inner hall just off the lounge leads to two bright airy bedrooms, one of which has patio doors straight out into the garden.
The master bedroom with beamed ceiling also has an en-suite bathroom and is accessed by way of a solid ash staircase in the dining kitchen whilst a further two bedrooms and family bathroom are accessed from a similar staircase in the rear hall. The accommodation throughout is in walk into condition and really must be viewed to be truly appreciated.
There is a gravelled driveway to the front of the cottage with a gate leading to the rear garden, which extends to approximately 0.27 of an acre, having a combination of gravel and paved patio areas as well as a vegetable patch with raised beds and polytunnel .
