Seller Insight

We were already living in the village when Woodside became available to us, and knowing the area so well, we went ahead and bought it. Pear Tree Lane has always been a well sought after road and recently there has been quite a lot of investment with renovations and grand new builds. With the house being on one of the widest plots and circa 1.8 acres, we saw it as an uncut diamond with potential since it is one of the few houses in the lane that hasn't had any extensions added since the original build.
