The village centre is just a few minutes drive and you can be in the centre of Morzine in just 14 minutes. The ski lifts at La Grande Terche/Roc D'Enfer ski area are 9 minutes away.

The front door opens in to a spacious kitchen/dining area leading through to a lounge with a wood burning stove and a door onto a deep, wide balcony terrace that overlooks the empty fields and forest below the house.

Just off this lounge is a double bedroom with a big dressing room, that has use of the bathroom and separate WC on this floor. Another double bedroom can be found on the upper floor.

The garden level houses a kitchen, large double bedroom, laundry room and bathroom that can be closed off from the rest of the house and rented out separately.
