We’ve loved calling this apartment our home for the past two years, especially as it’s the first place we’ve shared since getting married. The large windows are one of our favourite features, filling the space with natural light, and during the summer months, the big doors allow the fresh air to flow right through. The minimalist décor suits the generous size of the rooms perfectly, creating a sense of calm and space throughout. The location has been ideal for us—quiet, peaceful, and surrounded by lovely walking routes, yet still close to both Wokingham and Reading for convenience. One of the things we’ll miss most is the amazing coffee shop just a short walk away, a real highlight of the area! We’re only moving because we’re hoping to find a home with a garden for our impending puppy, but this apartment will always hold a special place in our hearts.

This is a super modern apartment built by Crest Nicholson only two years ago so the finish is superb throughout! The first floor apartment has two balconies and plenty of windows so there is so much light pouring through the space. You have a really spacious entrance hall with two large storage cupboards which is a rare find in many flats! There are two big double bedrooms with the main one having an en suite and you also have a family bathroom. The huge open-plan lounge and kitchen is a bright, airy space, enhanced by double Juliet doors leading onto the balcony—perfect for entertaining. To the rear of the property, you'll find parking and visitor parking, plus plenty of green open space nearby.

Arborfield Green is so popular because it is well situated, close to both Wokingham and Reading towns which give you so many options for shopping, restaurants and nightlife, along with train links into London. Local amenities including the fantastic Stables coffee shop and Co-Op are close by and Arborfield Village itself with some great pubs too. You're well connected from here too with easy access out to the A33 and M3 or close by you have junction 11 of the M4. Another big reason this location is popular is the amount of green space you have close by, including California Country Park just round the corner, and the great schools, including the new Bohunt school just a short walk away.
