"Neath Oak is a special find for so many reasons. We love the location - it's on the edge of Simons Wood, part of the National Trust, where woodland walks include Heath Pool and the adjacent Finchampstead Ridges. The new owners can enjoy peace and birdsong, with no noise or light pollution.

Peaceful doesn't mean remote, though, and the west entrance to Heath Ride is close to the local shops, including pharmacy, restaurants and doctors' surgery. In the opposite direction there are lovely woodland walks to the top of Dukes Ride, local shops, and Crowthorne station.
