This beautiful village house is located in the charming White village of Sierro. Nestled in a valley at the edge of town, it offers stunning views of the river valley and the surrounding mountains. The house has been thoughtfully renovated and features a blend of traditional and unique elements, including wooden beams and exposed stone walls. Sierro provides all the essential amenities for daily life, and the larger towns of Tijola and Olula del Río are less than a 20-minute drive away.
The house is situated at the edge of town and is accessible via a short walk from the parking area. In front of the house, there is a walled and gated terrace that serves as the entrance to the property. Upon entering through the front door, you are welcomed by a hallway that includes a storage area on the right, accentuated by an exposed rock wall and ambient lighting.

On the left side of the hallway, there is a double bedroom. Further down, you will find the staircase leading to the lower level. Just past the stairs, on the left, is a fully tiled and well-appointed wet room.
 An archway leads into a dual-aspect kitchen that is fully fitted and includes a separate pantry. Another archway then takes you into the living room, which boasts dual-aspect windows and patio doors that open onto the terrace, offering views of the village and the hills beyond. For winter warmth, a wood burner is available to provide heating.
 Stairs lead up from the lounge to a spacious double guest bedroom, which benefits from the wood burner flue running through the room. From this bedroom, doors open onto the top terrace, a generously sized area that includes a shaded space for relaxing and outdoor dining, allowing you to fully enjoy the spectacular views of the mountains and the castle.
 From the hallway, a second set of stairs leads down to a fabulous bathroom, which boasts a feature bath and an exposed rock wall set in an archway with ambient lighting. The master bedroom, located next door, also benefits from an exposed stone wall. Additionally, there is a storage cupboard under the stairs, and across from the bathroom, you'll find a utility store room with doors leading to the street.
