Description
Comment from Robert Reed of Gascoigne Halman
Whilst the interior of a property is of course vital, it is always a big help when the exterior appearance has a real wow factor. And in this regard, this apartment excels, being part of a handsome, striking and iconic building that is beautiful and has been meticulously restored.
We are delighted to bring to market a selection of individual apartments at Greysfield House. The conversion of these was done as sympathetically as possible to maintain the original character features of the building whilst blending an attractive style with the highest level of finish and specification.
The apartments are sure to impress thanks to the level of detail and care that has been shown and with each providing their own individual layouts and features it sure to suit all walks of life.
This specific apartment offers 2 bedrooms, 1 en suites, 1 bathroom and a brilliant open plan kitchen and living/dining area with utility space and cloakroom toilet.
There is parking allocated for each apartment and all get to enjoy the manicured grounds and surrounding countryside with views towards Beeston and Peckforton Castles.
For a personal description of the property or to arrange a viewing, please contact myself or a member of the team at the Tarporley office.
Greysfield House
Dating back to circa 1880, Greysfield House is an impressive country house which was originally commissioned by the owners of the Cunard Shipping Line in Liverpool. The property is constructed of brick with black and white half-timbered elevations to the upper floors under a Westmorland slate roof.
In architectural terms Greysfield has stunning features with stone mullioned and leaded windows, carved stone detailing, open fronted porch with columns, dressed stone steps, half-timbered gables and tall chimneys.
The building has recently been converted to a collection of 13 executive and high specification apartments and every care has been taken to deliver sumptuous modern living whilst retaining much of the character of such a beautiful building. The first seven units have been sold and we re pleased to be launching phase two with just six remaining.
The house benefits from perfectly manicured landscaped gardens and enjoys beautiful surroundings of Cheshire countryside providing a peaceful and picturesque setting whilst still being within a 15 minute drive of Chester City Centre and Business Parks and just 5 minutes from the Motorway Network.
