Stokenham is situated in the South Hams, about 5 miles from Kingsbridge and about 8 miles
from Dartmouth. The glorious 2 mile stretch of beach at Torcross is just over a mile, as is Slapton Ley, a beautiful National Nature Reserve and home to the largest fresh water lake in the West Country.
