The South East Coastal resorts are approximately an hour’s drive away as is the Channel Tunnel.

Communications: Local buses run through the village from Eastbourne to Tunbridge Wells. The A21 is not far away, linking to the coast to the south and the M25 to the north. The M25 then connects to London, Gatwick and Heathrow Airports and the UK motorway network.
