10 Juniper Place is a double bedroom house in a block of six back-to-back houses set in a small, well established late 1970's development in the Juniper Green area of Edinburgh, some six miles south west of the city centre. It has been in the same family's ownership for the last forty years and has a very satisfactory Home Report.
The house sits at the end of the row, has its own well managed garden and benefits from off-street parking.
The front door opens into a small vestibule that, in turn, leads into the living room. The room overlooks the garden and has a very useful large built-in corner cupboard and a cantilevered stair leading to the upper landing. The naturally lit kitchen adjoins the living room and has, for the most part, floor mounted storage and work surfaces with tiled splash backs and slot-in appliances.
On the upper floor landing, there is another cupboard that houses the gas fired central heating boiler. The double bedroom has a large built-in wardrobe and plenty of room to accommodate all required furniture. The naturally lit shower room has a three-piece suite with the basin sitting in a vanity unit and the shower run off the boiler. There is both a radiator and a heated ladder towel rail.
The house is double glazed and has gas fired central heating.

They are all small but offer excellent amenities: shops; banks; a Post Office; pubs and restaurants. For the most part, residents do their larger shops in the retail parks and supermarkets on the south west side of the city.
There is enticing recreational walking along the Water of Leith, at The National Trust for Scotland's Malleny Garden and in the Pentland Hills. The Dalmeny Golf and Country Club, with all its benefits, is nearby.
Public transport services include regular bus services into the centre of Edinburgh, as well as a main line train link into the city centre from Curriehill Station.
Access to the City Bypass that connects to the main roads and motorways, both north and south, and to Edinburgh International Airport is straight forward.
