We moved to 14 Farm Close on 15th December 2023. We needed more space and were looking for a project. This house ticked these boxes.

The location of it being on a quiet cul-de-sac was a great advantage.
It is only a 10 minute drive to the town centre and train station, and just 5 min to the M4 with the M40 also within easy access.
It is just round the corner from Newlands Girls school. There is Budgens down the road and post office.
There is huge green field across the road. Perfect spot for family walks.

We bought this house as a project and put all our attention into making it as perfect as possible for us. We built side extension and converted loft. All the existing rooms were renovated, new kitchen has been fitted, we added 3 bedrooms upstairs, one with en suite and family bathroom.
Bifold doors created a wonderful sense of light and an extension of living with tranquil garden, making it a truly versatile and sociable space in the summer months.
We levelled the garden and laid new patio.
We didn’t cut corners as we wanted to make it our dream home.
I love every detail of this house.

There is a great community feel at Farm Close. Neighbours are very friendly and we felt welcomed from the first day we arrived here.

We decided that for us it is a time for next adventure. We are excited about chapter ahead.

It is time for someone new to enjoy the beauty, quietness and convenience of the space that we created.
