Location cannot be changed, and Pine Walk is a wonderful place to live. It is a quiet cul-de-sac on the edge of the Fairmile Estate, which this property is actually adjacent to.
In my opinion this house enjoys the finest location in Pine Walk, offering a high degree of privacy and tranquillity and the living space is fantastic extending to circa 2700 sq ft in the main house alone.
