Client Comment:
We have loved raising our family here. The house is a great size for a growing family and the fully enclosed back garden provides a lovely space to play and relax in. The size and shape of the two living rooms are great for playing, relaxing and entertaining.
As the house is on a corner plot the garden feels more open and is a great spot for breakfast on the patio.
We have loved being able to walk out onto the lane (accessed via the next close) leading to the local stables, fields, golf course and to Heartwood without needing to take the car out. Southdown shops are just a short walk away and there is a lovely walk across the common to Harpenden town centre.
The area has several excellent schools; both our children were very happy in their primary and secondary schools.
We have enjoyed living close to a thriving town with excellent shops, sports centre, parks, theatre and library.
