The paddock to the rear gives a lovely outlook, adding to the feeling of space, and you are only overlooked by the occasional horse!  In the middle of the garden there is a painted, brick garage, accessible from the road and another gate, which has a ‘lean to’ currently used as a terrace, giving some shade in the summer months and under cover storage in the winter. Redhill is a pretty, rural hamlet close to the villages of Rushden, Roe Green and Sandon, surrounded by beautiful countryside to be enjoyed on the many footpaths, and bridle paths for the equestrian enthusiasts.  It is also just under 6 miles to the market town of Buntingford which is on the A10.  It offers local schools up to secondary level, a busy High Street with restaurants, takeaways, coffee shops and many independent retailers.  Just over 4 miles away in the other direction is Baldock where there is a mainline station into Kings Cross or Cambridge.  It also offers a fantastic range of pubs and restaurants, a large supermarket and fast links to the A1.  Other close train stations are Stevenage and Royston.  For the frequent flyer the house is situated just over 21 miles to Luton Airport, 25 miles to Stansted Airport and 51 miles to Heathrow Airport.

There are many private schools to choose from in the area including Heath Mount, Kingshott, St Edmunds College, Haileybury and Bishops Stortford College, as well as a large variety of well-regarded state schools, primary, secondary and nurseries.
