Sellers insight:
"We moved to Kinton just over 8 years ago, it truly was our Escape to the Country. When we moved to Shropshire, we seemed to be looking for the impossible, a newly built property with all the benefits of modern living, a non-estate position, in beautiful countryside with easy access to major commuting routes. After almost 12 months of searching, we were about to give up on our dreams as we began to think such a property could not be found. This was until we discovered Celynnen Cottage, tucked away in Kinton's hamlet.
The countryside around is stunning, the scenery changes each day with the seasons, from the arrival of the first lamb and spring blossom to the last leaves falling from the trees. It is truly a wonderful thing to observe. From the stunning sunsets over Rodneys Pillar and the Welsh mountains to the sunrises over Nesscliffe Hill, we truly found a home which delivered on all our aspirations.
The cottage has the benefit of nature on its doorstep, you could be mistaken to think you are away from amenities however, there is a local pub, shop, garage and village hall only minutes away. There is also a local primary school and nursery within Nesscliffe together with a secondary school which has transport to and from Kinton each day.
Commuting has been so easy for us with the A5 being just a few minutes away from the cottage. Travelling has been straightforward and quick in any direction.
Celynnen Cottage is now set to become someone else’s Escape to the Country. We hope the above gives you an insight into the beauty we saw in the area and the cottage.
