No contract, you've got nothing to lose, we take all the risk and that's how sure we are of you staying with us. None of this 1 month minimum notice period, if the agent needs a contract, clearly they don't trust you....and they are a fine one to talk, Estate Agents and trust....LOL
Who doesn't open on a Sunday?? Surely you want to still be able to talk to someone on a Sunday??? I think it's still only Berry and George who are open.....but if you want to choose an agent who isn't open on a Sunday, then go ahead....I'm sure the person who's going to buy yours will wait until Monday.....that is if they haven't seen one of ours on a Sunday when we're open :)
