The simple elegance of the oak flooring blends perfectly with the warm tones of the cladding, and with the Luserna stone windowsills. Outside, the villa has large porches that protect the windows and create enjoyable spaces between the interiors and the surrounding garden. The property is accessed by a gate that leads through a driveway into the residential complex. The entrance on the ground floor leads into the large living room, practically a very bright open space with large windows and glass panes overlooking the garden.
