As soon as you take the short stretch of dirt road leading to the property, you immediately realise that what you will find is a magical place, immersed in nature, with absolute privacy where you can spend moments of pure relaxation. In fact, the tall trees lining the road on one side and the green cultivated fields on the other make us realise that we have entered a true oasis of peace. We get confirmation when we pass through the entrance gate to the private park and arrive in the courtyard of what was once a farmstead and has now become a splendid residence. All around us is nature: green meadows, trees that guarantee absolute privacy, and a view of the hills of Vignale Monferrato. All accompanied by the sounds of nature and the sound of water from the large swimming pool built right in front of the house. The house has been completely renovated while maintaining its typical characteristics, such as the exposed brick ceilings or the arches of the old barn. Today it is used entirely as a private residence, but in the past, some of the rooms in the house, thanks also to the possibility of having an independent entrance, were used as B&Bs. On the ground floor is the living area with the former stable, now a living room with fireplace, a sitting room and the large kitchen. Also on the ground floor, a bathroom, the laundry room and a convenient storage room. The upper floors are for the sleeping area: the master suite includes a living room with mezzanine, the bedroom located where the barn used to be and a large bathroom with shower and bath; another suite with living room and bathroom is also on the first floor; two more bedrooms with bathroom are on the attic floor. Two porches, a garage and technical rooms complete the property.
