Hi Tom

It is up to you once the holding fee is paid it will be marked as let agreed as they will have paid to secure it but we would tag any other leads against the property should the application not progress. Or we tell them it will remain on the market and should it not have gone closer to the time we will look at reinstating the application - only risk you run there is losing them completely then. If you do progress with them we would continue to obtain the referencing for them now and prepare the agreement etc for 1st June

Hi Tom

I hope you are well and had a nice Easter

Alessandra has emailed to advise

Hi Donna

I'm sorry I didn't get a chance to pay the deposit as we've received some terrible news that my mum has cancer and I had to help her out with some money for some private consultations that she needed.

I'm sorry to come out like that but I think we might need a bit more time before we can move out, I believe that at this time is better if I waited until at least a few weeks so we can recover both financially and mentally.

I don't think that the 1st of May is a good time to move in right now

They would still like to proceed with the application however they could not move in until 1st June now, would you still like to proceed with the application ? If you could advise and I will let them know

Regards
