We bought the house nine years ago as our first property and it's been ideal. We were attracted to the house because it was much larger and better value than other 3-bed houses we had seen in Bicester. It is bright, airy, and the rooms are spacious, especially the living room, master bedroom, and first spare room. We liked having a bedroom with an ensuite on a separate floor so we haven't felt on top of each other, especially if both working from home.

The location on the popular estate of Kingsmere is great, and especially well-placed for all amenities. The house is on a well-established part of the estate and it's a very quiet road. Kingsmere is great for getting into Oxford whether driving or using public transport. The bus stops on the estate are the last before leaving Bicester, so you don't get caught in traffic in town, while the two train stations are less than 5 mins drive away with regular services running to Oxford and London.

Overall, the house has been great for what we've needed up until now, we’re just in need of more bedrooms for our growing family.
