What a great place to lay your hat - there are lots of independent businesses on Honor Oak Park, Brockley Rise and Brockley Road. Some of our favourites are Babur, Honor Oak Vintner, Miss Margherita, Two Spoons and Malaysian Deli.

Jack Studio Theatre is also local, plus (dance and cinema nights at) The Rivoli Ballroom.

Local spots for a nice tipple or two include Jerome's, Joyce, London Beer Dispensary, Brockley Brewery and The Chandos.

Up nearer Brockley Station, we like Ellary's and Mauby. Near Crofton Park Station the cafe culture is notably strong! Here we like Fred's (particularly for Brick Lane Bagels) and Dream Story.

Local green spaces are close as well. Blythe Hill Fields, Hilly Fields and Ladywell Fields are all easily walkable, as are Benchley Gardens and local Victorian cemeteries.
