We moved to Beaumont Close in 2016 because our family was growing and we needed more space. The quiet cul-de-sac and privacy the road offers are ideal for a family with young children. Since then we’ve enjoyed every of minute living here and have made some fantastic memories. We have particularly enjoyed spending sunny afternoons in the extended conservatory with the patio doors open allowing the children to roam in and out as they please.

Beaumont Close and the Lowbrook estate have a great community feel. The neighbours are extremely friendly, kind and welcoming and as it is a cul-de-sac there is no through traffic and we’ve always felt very secure.

Our children attend Lowbrook Academy which we cannot rate highly enough. It is less than a 10 minute walk away and we are very privileged to have it on our doorstep as the academic results are amongst some of the best in the country. Our children have thrived there and have some lovely friends that also live nearby as the catchment area is very small.

There are a number of local parks within walking distance and a great parade of shops which cater to most needs. There is a bus stop around the corner and the M4 and M40 are easily accessible as is the Elizabeth line.

We’re extremely sad to be leaving Beaumont Close but our needs have changed now that our children are a little bit older and we’d love to pass the house on to others who can wholeheartedly embrace living here, as we have done
