Over the years, we have kept the property in very good condition, with all the rooms being completely redecorated, the last one only a few years ago. We also enhanced the property's Energy efficiency with full solar panels and loft insulation installed a few of years ago, which helped with our energy bills and created a more thermally regulated environment.

Situated in a prime location, our home boasts excellent transport links, with both Colliers Wood tube station nearby and buses just outside on the main street. You can also enjoy the convenience of nearby shopping amenities, including Asda and Lidl a few minutes away, and also Tandem Retail Centre towards Colliers Wood.

Over the years, we have enjoyed being part of a vibrant and welcoming community, with Mitcham Town Centre, Lavender Park, Liberty Primary School, and other local recreational facilities enhancing the quality of life.

As we are now both retired, we are looking to downsize and move closer to our grandchildren but we will surely miss the home and all surrounding area. We hope that the next owners will create their own cherished memories here and enjoy all the wonderful features and benefits this home has to offer."
