Beautiful walks and woodlands are accessed from the property including Devichoys Woods. The sailing waters of the River Fal are close at hand with Mylor Yacht Harbour a short drive away. A stroll down the road takes you to the Norway Inn, a pub steeped in history and serving good food and ales. The town of Falmouth and the City of Truro are near by for larger shops, cinema, banks and supermarkets and local amenities are available at Penryn and Perranwell Station.
