Good communications with the A40 to the south linking Cheltenham, Oxford and London, a fast and frequent service to London Paddington from Charlbury Station, the M5 motorway at Cheltenham and the M40 at Oxford.

From Burford High Street proceed down the hill and continue over the bridge, then turn right into Fulbrook Hill. Proceed through the village and after 1/3 of a mile the road will turn sharply to the left, the property can be found on the right hand side at the end of a driveway.
