OUTSIDE

Gravelled paths lead through flower and shrub gardens with pleasant views towards the lower slopes of North Hill. A path leads down the side of the cottage to a pedestrian gate with a useful garden store which has planning permission to convert into a cloakroom accessed off the dining room. Within twenty five yards of the cottage is a detached studio/garage with light, power and gravelled entrance drive.
