We moved here nearly 8 years ago after falling in love with the area and particularly the street, as it is a quiet dead end road, with minimal traffic. Kids can safely play outside and has a great community. With Tesco's just round the corner, some great schools in the area and plenty of parks local for the kids. The house itself has been absolutely fantastic and suited our needs, with the 4 piece bathroom it can make life a bit easier at times. Good size rooms throughout. The added bonus of a drive we have comfortably been able to park 2 cars on as well as the added space of a garage which also has its own storage cupboard. Garden has suited us well and gets plenty of sunlight well into the afternoon. With enough space for the kids to play and the parents to relax. This house has been a wonderful home and we know it will be for the next owner too.

We absolutely love these Coach Houses in Warfield! Firstly, they come with a share of freehold, which eliminates any worries about leases running down.
Internally, there’s good storage space as you enter the property. Upstairs, the layout works really well, especially for first-time buyers. The living room has enough space for a dining table, while the kitchen offers plenty of work surface and room for appliances. The main bedroom is a brilliant size, bedroom two is perfect for a study or as a children’s room, and the bathroom features a four-piece suite.
Externally, there’s a driveway with space for two cars, a garage with electricity, and access to under stair storage within the garage, as well as a private garden.

Area Comments...

Westcotts Green offers great access to all of Warfield’s amenities. It’s just a short walk to the Tesco Superstore, which also houses the library and GP surgery. For nature lovers, there are some lovely countryside walks, such as Larks Hill, just a short distance away. Additionally, both Warfield CofE and Whitegrove Primary School are within walking distance.
