We have great neighbours, and the surrounding area has a lot to offer with shops, schools, parks and library, as well as easy access for rail and airport links. Off main roads, it is perfectly placed for access to buses, to Birmingham, Coventry and Solihull. This has proved invaluable for us.
We’ve made so many happy memories here. It feels like the right time for us to move on and it will be quite a challenge to find a property we have loved as much as here and we’re sure the new owners will be as happy here as we’ve been."
