The bungalow is set in Little Bealings which is located to the north-east of Ipswich and west of Woodbridge. Both Ipswich and Woodbridge offer an array of leisure and shopping facilities and Ipswich also has a Mainline Railway Station with trains to London Liverpool Street. The A14/A12 are also within easy striking distance.
