It is a quite tranquil Retreat surrounded by open fields and mountains. The lodge stands on the edge of the site facing the Blencathra Mountains. It comes with its own parking space next to the lodge and decking to the side and front where you will find the hot tub over looking the Blencathra Mountain Range.
Open plan living offers spacious and airy feel to the lodge.
Two bedrooms with the main bedroom having a king-size bed, bedside cupboards with a separate dressing area housing the fitted wardrobe and dressing table.
2nd bedroom has two full size single beds, chest of drawers, bedside cupboard and fitted wardrobe.
En-suite offers enclosed shower, low WC, basin and cupboards.
Main Bathroom is of good size with bath plus electric over shower, low WC and basin with cupboards.
The lodge also has a very handy cupboard off the hallway which houses the lpg boiler with space for everyday items.
The site is open 12 months a year, you don't have to holiday let it but is an option open to the prospective buyer.
Site fees are payable of approx £6150 year. This includes water and sewerage and NO council tax payable.
Thanet Well has a fully manned reception with shop attached, 24hr on call site staff.
