The sitting room is a bright and inviting space with dual-aspect windows, allowing natural light to flood the room while making the most of the superb front-facing views. A focal point fireplace enhances the warmth and character of the space.
Adjacent to the sitting room, the dining room or potential 3rd bedroom is another well-proportioned space, offering versatility to suit individual needs, and could easily be adapted as a formal dining area, home office, or additional bedroom.
The kitchen, located towards the rear of the property, is fitted with a range of units and provides direct access to the enclosed rear garden.
