Some personal comments from the vendor
I have loved my time living in my house at 26 Crofts End Road, BS5. The house is comfortable, peaceful and in an excellent location. Major selling points for me are that for a two bedroom house I also have two bathrooms (en-suite to the main bedroom) + the downstairs WC. The main bedroom is very spacious and there is excellent storage throughout the house.
I love my low-maintenance garden which is also a sun trap in the afternoons.
The house benefits from two private off-street car park spaces, which is extremely hard to find in Bristol!
I love living in the area, within walking distance to St George’s Park, a bus stop around the corner with buses going straight into the city centre + a local pub on the corner, The Wackum Inn.
I also have brilliant neighbours, which is really valuable!
I will be sad to leave the area but following some changes in personal circumstances will be moving to be closer to family in Cambridgeshire.

The property boasts a spacious and inviting interior, featuring a master en-suite bedroom, a second double bedroom and a contemporary family bathroom. The ground floor offers a bright and airy living room, a stylish fully furnished kitchen/diner and the added convenience of a downstairs cloakroom. The property also benefits from a private rear garden, perfect for outdoor relaxation and entertaining. Additionally, the house has plenty of storage inside and parking for two cars.
The location offers good commuter routes in and out of the City Centre by car, by bike using the Bristol & Bath cycle path which is 3minutes ride away and by bus where the bus stop for the 6/7 bus is 3 minutes walk away on Whitefield Road. In addition railway stations at Stapleton Road and Lawrence Hill are 10 minutes by bike using the Bristol & Bath cycle path. There is a fee paying car park at Lawrence Hill station.
There are many vibrant bars, cafes and restaurants locally on Church Road in St. George and further afield in Fishponds & Easton. Just a mile walking distance are the popular St George's Park for walks and picnics, Coombe Brook Nature Reserve, Barton Fields (includes Argyle Road Playground) and various allotments.
Surrounded by good schools, local playing fields and an abundance of amenities this property would make the perfect home for any growing family.
