The Landlords view - I love how close I am to Stevenage Old Town, it's an extremely popular location with comprehensive array of RESTAURANTS, pubs and shops, whilst the town centre is a short distance away too. We only decorated a year or so back, whilst also replacing flooring and updating tiling. Built in double wardrobes are found in the bedroom and we have space for a nice size bed and bedside cabinets. Additional storage cupboards are found off the hallway. Electric oven and hob with extractor above, Integrated washing machine and Fridge/Freezer are found within the kitchen. PHONE ENTRY SYSTEM is found in the hallway providing peace of mind that no one can simply just enter the block.

Ricky’s view - Having a lift to all floors is really useful, TWO BALCONIES is great to enjoy your evening meal or a morning coffee. Two large storage cupboards are located off the hallway, providing useful storage for things you may not want on show. The property is located at the end of the corridor providing little foot fall traffic at the front and at night, the landlord has informed me how kind and considerate the neighbours are too. Whilst also knowing that your vehicle downstairs will also be safe in the GATED ALLOCATED PARKING.
