What do you love most about your home? My girlfriend got it right when she said it felt like living in a hotel! Well designed, spacious, bright and light with the comfort of security, warmth and silence from being on the top floor. All this in a zone 2 location with fantastic amenities within walking distance.

Why are you selling? We bought as friends and co-owners 5 years ago and now each have different lives - just a case of moving on to other things! We’ll miss the place dearly. The residents within the building are the best I’ve experienced in London, so kind and considerate towards each other.

What do you love about the area?
The location is great for transport, a choice of parks for running and recreation plus great local amenities including fantastic grocers, a cute Italian shop across the road plus fantastic Sushi and Greek Gyros. I also use Blue Pearl Dentist about a minutes walk away. There’s also at least 3 great pubs within short walking distance and of course the Emirates Stadium if that’s your thing.
