THE PARK
Oyster Bay Leisure Park is a 5-star retreat and one of the most sought-after lodge parks in Cornwall. Set in beautifully maintained grounds with peaceful water features throughout, it offers a lovely blend of luxury and laid-back coastal holiday living.
Exclusively for owners, the park has a stylish lounge where you can help yourself to complimentary hot and cold drinks. There's a great community feel too, with regular events like BBQs, surfing lessons, and paddleboarding.
On-site facilities include an indoor swimming pool, steam room, tennis court, putting green, and even a dedicated dry room for wetsuits and surfboards. There's a handy concierge service for local drop-offs and pick-ups, plus E-bikes available for exploring the area.
For dog owners, there's a separate dog-walking field and a doggy wash and drier - perfect after a sandy beach trip. Speaking of beaches, you're just a five-minute drive from Perranporth, Holywell Bay, and Crantock - all absolutely stunning.
Oyster Bay is an 'owners only' park, so while friends and family are welcome to stay, letting isn't allowed. It's open all year round (non-residential), and 2025 site fees are £6,800. You'll also find all the practical bits covered - major supermarkets deliver to the park, and there's a Londis just five minutes' walk away for daily essentials.
Please note this lodge is being sold privately by the owner.
