The main door into the building is accessed from the side, off “Temperance Brae” which leads up (via a few steps) from Shore Road. On Shore Road, there is plenty of parking spaces in front of the building. On entering the building, a communal hall gives access to the property itself and it is the only apartment on this level. The front door opens into a very large entrance vestibule/foyer which has a window to the side and leads through into an equally impressive reception hall which is 19 feet in length. The main accommodation is to the front of the building, taking advantage of the glorious views over the water. The large lounge is at the far end of the hall and there are two very generous double bedrooms. The master bedroom features a recessed area with extensive built-in wardrobes. To the rear of the lounge is the large open plan kitchen and dining room (window to the rear). The kitchen is fitted with wall and counter level units and a range of appliances. A breakfast bar/peninsula divides the kitchen from the dining area. Adjacent to the kitchen is the bathroom that has a modern white three piece (bath with shower over, wc and wash hand basin). It also has a heated towel rail. Finally, there is a large home office that can also be accessed from the reception hall and this space could be used as a utility or storage area. The apartment is warmed by electric heating. All of the windows are uPVC double glazed units.
