Location

The property enjoys and elevated position on the edge of the popular coastal village of Broad Haven, within the famous Pembrokeshire Coast National Park that offers miles of stunning coastline, beaches, wildlife and walks. Broad Haven offers a stunning sandy beach overlooking the expanse of St Brides Bay. The village offers cafes, pubs, restaurants, mini-market and post office. The beach is the perfect place to relax, go for walks, play games as well as enjoying the sea for swimming and water sports.

Other nearby beaches and coastal villages include Little Haven, Nolton and Nolton Haven, Newgale and Solva. The historic coastal ‘city’ of St Davids is about 15 miles away while the castle town of Pembroke is about 13 miles away. The main county town of Haverfordwest is about six miles away providing national train services, regional airport and the A40 road that connects to Carmarthen and the A48 M4 link road (about 36 miles) taking you onto Swansea (about 65 miles) Cardiff (about 106) the Severn Bridge and into England (about 129 miles).
