    Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

    There's a Sainsbury's right next to the dovetail block so it's very convenient! I find the location good and it's only 10 mins walk from the center. The building is very secure and there's a security person on site all the time so I've never had any issues with shady people like I've had in my past accomodations in the center.

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    The property is very well managed and the property managers are very responsive and easy to reach out too with a simple text on WhatsApp.

    Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

    I had some very bad experiences with my old accommodation in the city center but this was nothing like that with security and good support for any repairs or maintenance issues which is absolutely crucial.

    Having the lifts not always work is tedious but ultimately it’s a really nice place to live with easy communications to sort out if there are issues

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    Well and usually very quickly - only issue is how often things like the lift go down

    Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

    How loud the wind would be, and how much the rent increase is likely to total being

    Living in my local area has been a great experience. It’s a safe, convenient with everything close by shops, cafes, parks, and great transport links.

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    The building management has always been responsive and professional. On the rare occasions I had an issue, they addressed it quickly and efficiently. It really adds to the peace of mind of living here.

    Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

    One thing I wish I had known before moving in is that there can be quite a bit of noise in the mornings due to nearby construction or building work. Also, my flat faces an office building, so I had to be mindful of privacy with the windows. Nothing major, but good to be aware of.

    The only thing i regret is mot knowing you before i wish all students be in such a lovely place
