If one did not require both bedrooms for sleeping the second would make an incredible office/study or additional reception room.

The location of the site was a real draw to our investor clients. The apartments are very close to the Hospital, Nestle and positioned in Avery handy location for the commuter. You can walk into the town centre in 15/20mins and there is also a bus route directly outside the development taking you into town and beyond.
