Description

"I have loved living here in Bartholomews Square, its so convenient for walking to working at Southmead Hospital, no worries about parking! Being able to wander up and down Gloucester Road, with its amazing shops, pubs, restaurants and bus service. Having a small garden, with a reading nook, that is visited by numerous birds was a life saver during the pandemic."

Bartholomews Square is a modern development largely completed in 2004, situated just off Gloucester Road, opposite Horfield Leisure Centre. Residents benefit from its proximity to many highly regarded independent shops, cafés and pubs. The Inn on the Green, Crafty Cow, The Drapers Arms micropub and the Bath Ales Pub, The Wellington, offer locals a good atmosphere and choice of food and drink. For sports fans both The Memorial Stadium and The County Cricket Ground are within walking distance. The area benefits hugely from its proximity to major areas of employment, such as Southmead Hospital, Airbus and Rolls-Royce. Bartholomews Square is a highly convenient residence for anyone who needs regular access to these places, as well as to Bristol City Centre, a short journey down the A38.

A tastefully styled modern home on the popular Bartholomews Square estate, at the top of Gloucester Road. The interior on display is true to the era of build, and perfectly contrasts with the natural light displayed throughout. Entrance is into the hallway, with W.C on your initial left, along with a cupboard under the stairs for storage. To the right, is the kitchen/dining area, space for washing machine and dishwasher, contemporary in design with matching wall and base units. From here, you enter the living room, laminate flooring throughout and with patio doors leading to the private rear garden. The garden is an oasis of green with a lawn, along with variety of
mature plants and shrubbery, and is also accessible via a side gate. Heading upstairs, you find three well-proportioned bedrooms, ensuite and a refurbished family bathroom. There is a management charge associated with the property, equalling in approximately £220.00 per year.

The property also benefits form an allocated parking space
