This part of the plot is the area you will maintain, however the farmer will come and look after the almond trees on your behalf and take the crop as payment (you will be left with more than enough almonds for your personal consumption by the farmer) .

Of course the focal point of any beautiful Spanish villa is the private 10x4m swimming pool, sunbathing terrace and pool house with dining area/bbq, bathroom and storage/pump house. This is where many enjoyable hours can be spent each day taking in the stunning views and swimming in the crystal clear waters.
