In the Owners Own Words:
The moment I walked through the door, I knew this place would be home. I initially rented it, but I loved it so much that I ended up buying it from my landlord. The Garden Quarter is one of the most desirable locations to live in. It combines the charm of a historically significant complex – without which we wouldn’t have the Royal Air Force in Caversfield – with the luxury of high-spec residences and beautifully maintained private gardens. After a busy day at work or socialising with friends, I always appreciate coming home to the space.
It feels incredibly spacious, with high ceilings, large windows, and plenty of floor space. The natural light is fantastic, and in spring and summer, it’s a real sun trap. There’s ample room to relax, unwind, or entertain if you feel like hosting. Step outside, and you have your own private garden – always pristine thanks to a dedicated team of gardeners. It’s idyllic and being less than an hour from London, Oxford city centre or the Cotswolds, makes it unbeatable. Also, as a shopaholic, I love being close to Bicester Village and its boutiques. Honestly? It’s perfect and if I wasn’t buying a family home for the next stage of my life, I’d be here forever.
