Description

Built in 2005, 6 bedrooms, 3 reception rooms over 3 floors with 17 Solar panels, a double garage, sat on a generous plot in a desirable location and the vendor has found their onward property - VIEWING ADVISED!

From the initial approach you will notice the uniqueness of this property.

Enter through the initial gates to the front drive which has ample space for several vehicles, drive through the second set of gates to access the rear driveway and double garage with further parking.

The south east facing garden has a selection of areas in which to sit and enjoy the summer and a large grassed area ideal for the growing family. Along with a summer house with a power supply and a BBQ area.

The house has been thoughtfully laid out over three floors, with a shower/bathroom on every floor making it ideal for multi generational living.

On the ground floor you will find three reception rooms, a shower room and the 27' open plan kitchen / living room, along with a separate utility room.

The second floor has a 17' x 14' master bedroom with ensuite and three further double bedrooms and a family bathroom.

The third floor would make an ideal apartment with bedroom, living room, shower room and two further seating areas on the large landing. As it stands it has two bedrooms and the shower room.

The house has an abundance of space and storage throughout and would be ideal for the growing family.

Note From The Owners:
We bought this wonderful house brand new in 2005 to allow our parents to come and live with us and also have enough room for our 3 sons and families to be able to visit. My parents had a lounge, bedroom and bathroom on the ground floor. This still left six rooms on the other two floors which over time have been changed into a lounge and also another to a craft room.

In 2011 we made the best investment of our lives, having solar panels installed. With the fit payments increasing every year they are now giving us an annual income of over £2750 plus we have a electric car charging point in the garage.

This house has so many possibilities to suit a multi generational family and much much more. The top floor is ideal for conversion to a self contained annex or a master bedroom with dressing room.

The house is situated in possibly the quietest location in the village. It is a short walk to Lidl, Tesco Express, Doctor's Surgery, bus stops (with buses every fifteen minutes to both Hunstanton and King's Lynn, half hourly to QE Hospital). It is twenty minute walk to either of the beaches. From King's Lynn you have a frequent train service to London.
