We've loved making this house our home, filling it with warmth, laughter, and happiness. We've especially appreciated the great parking and spacious garage, which have made daily life even more convenient. The location is also ideal, offering easy access to surrounding towns and motorways while still feeling like a peaceful retreat.

We truly believe the new owners will find just as much happiness here as we have, creating their own special moments and enjoying everything Bucklers Park has to offer!

This house truly is in immaculate condition throughout with our sellers having spent some serious time and money turning it into a stunning home. It sits in a fantastic position within Buckler's Park just a couple of minutes walk away from Buckler's Forest. It has to be one of the best family homes that we have seen in this area in a long time and needs to be seen in person to be appreciated. Our sellers have perfectly summed up why not only is this a great house but also a fantastic location with so many amenities on your doorstep. Built to the 'Ealing' design by Legal & General Homes in 2020 this is such a popular development and the homes here are superb and this one is no different.

As soon as you are welcomed in, you an immediately tell that this home has been well looked after. Not only because of the high specification, Karndean flooring and Farrow & Ball paint that has been used throughout the home, but the way it makes you feel. To the front you have a well fitted cloakroom but one of the biggest changes to this house is that the living room and kitchen have been swapped around where usually you would see the kitchen to the front. Our sellers have created a lovely and cosy room here ad we love the big window and the sliding door.

To the back is where you will find one of our favourite rooms which is the superb open plan kitchen and dining room. As you can tell from the details, its been finished to an excellent standard with Bosch integrated appliances, some great storage within the units and also the separate cupboard which has an automatic light. We love the bi folding doors that lead onto the garden enabling you to have the ultimate entertaining space.

The south facing garden as you can tell is really something else having been landscaped with full slate tiling right the way across. Not only this but you have the covered dining area which also has a heater, lighting and power. In fact the garden looks amazing a night time with lighting all around it and down the side of the driveway. To the back of the garden you also have a bar and barbeque area and more space behind the garage. You've also got the luxury or both a hot and cold tap outside too.

Upstairs on the first floor, this home offers two double bedrooms and a separate study. The bedroom at the back is a great size has the benefit of built in wardrobes, a separate cupboard and double windows. Whilst to the front you have a further double bedroom. One of the things we love about these houses are the bathrooms because the specification is excellent as you can see. Not only is it fully tiled and a good size, but you also have the huge mirror which is both lit and has a heater behind it.

Heading to the top floor you will enter into the impressive master suite that occupies the entire top floor. This is not only a huge space, but also offers a well fitted en suite shower room finished to the same spec as the main bathroom. There is also ample storage with the built in wardrobes but one of the best features has to be the private, covered balcony to the front which is the perfect spot of enjoying a morning coffee or for putting your feet up in the evening.

This is a great new community with a lovely feel and could make a fantastic purchase for someone who is looking for something ready to move straight into. This really does have to be seen in person to appreciate how superb this home really is. We can't wait to take you on a tour.

This is such a fantastic location, Buckler's Park is very desirable with over 100 acres of beautiful woodland walks right on your doorstep. This is perfect is you are a keen cyclist or have a dog but there are plenty of fantastic children's playparks around the development. There is such a great community here coupled also with the recently built Co-op and Hall & Woodhouse pub and restaurant just a few minutes walk away from this home. Although this is right on the bus route, Crowthorne High Street is only at 15 minute walk away where you have all of the local village amenities including a doctors surgery, coffee shops, supermarkets and independent local businesses. There is also a parade of shops even closer on Greenwood Road only a 10 minute walk away for your everyday essentials. You also have some fantastic transport links into London with easy access onto the A329, M3 and M4 from here.
