Helderberg Wine Farm - Very well positioned midway between Stellenbosch (11 km) and Somerset West (11 minutes), this 50ha wine farm offers something quite exceptional for an investor with vision. It is located on the lower slopes of the Helderberg mountain range with direct access from the R44, a main artery of the Cape Wine Route, and enjoys high visibility.
