Enjoying a superb position above the stunning coastline of the western Pembrokeshire coast, Lower Druidston is a charming family home. Built in 1960s and in the same ownership for almost thirty years, this impressive property offers excellent accommodation both inside and out. This detached home features four double bedrooms on the first floor, with the option of another on the ground level. Lower Druidston also enjoys exceptional sea views from many of its principal rooms, with the spectacular coastline as a constant backdrop. Nestled in this beautiful countryside, the home is a short walk from the Pembrokeshire Coastal Path, the beach at Druidston, and the highly renowned Druidston Hotel.
Entering the property from the front, you pass through an enclosed porch and arrive in the central hallway. From here, you turn right into the large living room, which enjoys fabulous views to the front of the home. Next to this reception space, you'll find the good-sized kitchen/dining room, which has a handy utility and garden room opening off it. The garden room, in turn, leads into a rear lobby with a door to the ground-floor shower room. The shower room can be accessed from either the main hall or the rear lobby and is positioned next to the final room on this level, the flexible dining room or ground-floor bedroom.
On the first floor, you'll find four double bedrooms, two with superb sea views and one with an ensuite and views over the fields at the rear. A well-appointed family bathroom at the rear of the home is positioned next to the fourth double bedroom, currently used as an office. The grounds at Lower Druidston are as impressive as the home itself and offer approximately five acres of gardens and pasture. The fields were used as a popular campsite by a previous owner and extend behind the property.
The grounds also include a productive fruit and vegetable garden and a greenhouse, which provide hours of enjoyment for the current owners. To the side of the home, you'll find two block-built outbuildings and a large metal-roofed barn, providing excellent storage for vehicles and machinery. There is also a static caravan positioned to the side of the home, which has been let out in the past. Lower Druidston would be perfect for a buyer with an equestrian interest as the land offer excellent grazing, stabling would be easy to add to the barn and the range of riding options from your front door would be sure to impress.
Combining this fantastic internal space with the huge potential offered by the outbuildings and land, Lower Druidston is a remarkable proposition for a new owner.
