This was our first home and it's been a brilliant starter flat — full of light, easy to look after, and incredibly well-located. You can get from the front door to Ilford Elizabeth Line station in under three minutes, with journeys to Liverpool Street taking less than 20. The flat feels bigger than a standard one-bed thanks to its layout, and we’ve loved the views across Valentines Park. It’s quiet despite being so central, with the town centre and Sainsbury’s just a short walk away. It’s been a comfortable, convenient place to live and we’ve really enjoyed our time here.
