From Plymouth and the A38 proceed along the A374 as signed for Torpoint. At Anthony turn right onto the B3247 and at the T junction turn left as signed for Millbrook and then follow the road to the right just after Tregantle Fort. Proceed along the cliff road to Freathy go through Freathy and you will find a parking space on your left signposted Glenavon. Park here and turn right back towards Freathy and you will find a footpath on your left. Go down this footpath for approx. 150 m and you will find steps on your right leading down to Glenavon.
