Description
Brickworks Says - Sitting neatly in a row, the dark facade of this home makes a striking statement from the off. Every inch has had a reimagining, the downstairs unfolding into a vision of fishbone parquet and birchwood ply. Custom cabinetry adorns the alcoves, and the central staircase feels more feature than function. The living room has been positioned in the middle too, for optimum cosiness, leading to a beautiful kitchen, in more stylish ply, complete with floor-to-ceiling larder cupboards.
Upstairs and outside, the delights continue. So much attention has been poured into creating coherence, from the dramatic black used inside and out to the balustrades that seem to travel through the levels. Cladding the inside of the studio that sits at the end of a thoughtfully designed garden, it's a ply-lovers dream, and as with the accents throughout the house, brings a down-to-earth appeal to otherwise sophisticated spaces.
Seaford Road sits happily in the midst of Seven Sisters, an area that is firmly on the map and continues to evolve. Foodies are well catered for; it has you covered whether you feel the need for a pint and a pizza at True Craft or something more refined at Pasero. Sourdough and soup are sorted at Dusty Knuckles bakery, and The Palm is the local everyone wishes they had. Green spaces can be found in every direction, from family-friendly Chestnuts Park or Downhills Park, and nearby River Lea means you can meander all the way to Hackney.
The Owners Say - We have really cherished our time at Seaford Road. It has been the location of many important milestones in our lives and a place where we have had the opportunity to leave our own mark. We'll miss the sunny winter afternoons around the dining table tucking into a Sunday roast with friends just as much as hosting garden parties and BBQs on long summer days.
The surrounding area has the best neighbourly feel we've experienced, and we'll be sad to say goodbye to our many lovely neighbours. If you know Tottenham, then you already know that the community vibe is fantastic, the transport links are incredible, and the offering of brilliant cafés and restaurants is ever-increasing. We'll definitely be emotional as we say goodbye to what has been a much-loved home.

Recent work:
The current owners have completely renovated the interior, including wiring and plumbing, a new kitchen, bathrooms, windows and shutters. They have also landscaped the garden and added a garden studio.
Getting around:
Nearby Seven Sisters is probably the only station you'll ever need. On the speedy Victoria line, you can be in Oxford Circus in 20 minutes, door to door. It is also part of the Overground network, with the Weaver line providing direct links to Stoke Newington, London Fields and Liverpool Street. Tottenham Hale, only a little further, is on the Stansted Express route, providing quick access when you need to get further afield.
Onward plans:
The current owners are moving closer to family and are actively looking but are open to selling chain-free.
Anything else:
The loft room is not officially classified as a bedroom as some elements do not conform to current building regulations. However, it is entirely safe and usable. The room has been in place for over seven years (predating the current owners) and is quite beautiful; we particularly love the half-width staircase. You can use the loft room in any way you choose.

Also, please note that we often round up/down total floor plan measurements and/or use approximate distances.
